Description

This meal is a game changer. Sticky Sheet Pan Chicken and Broccoli can be made in roughly 20 minutes and it is loaded with flavor. It’s perfect for your busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium head broccoli (roughly 3 cups), cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for serving
  • 1 cup rice, cooked

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475F.

2. Add broccoli to one side of sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Add chicken to other half of sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Add flour and toss to combine.

4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, nutmeg, paprika and a small pinch of freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

6. Remove broccoli from sheet pan and set aside.

7. Drizzle 2/3 of sauce over chicken and toss to combine. Broil in oven for 2 minutes to crisp chicken.

8. Serve chicken and broccoli over rice. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
