Steak Kebabs

These Steak Kebabs are a delicious dinner recipe the whole family can agree on. The steak is marinated in a flavorful sauce then grilled until perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Served with a fresh tomato cucumber salad that’s tossed with a fresh homemade vinaigrette.

Steak kebabs are a must for me over the summer. I love steak, but honestly I don’t eat it that often These steak kebabs have been on repeat in our house. Paired with the fresh tomato cucumber salad and oh my goodness it’s a delicious meal.

Here’s what you need to know…

The steak needs to marinate in the sauce for 15 minutes, covered in the refrigerator. This will help tenderize and flavor the meat.

While the meat marinates, I like to make the cucumber tomato salad. Chop up the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. In a bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette, then set aside. Wait to pour the vinaigrette on until ready to serve.

Once the meat has marinaded, it’s time to skewer the meat onto skewers. Brush the grill grates with oil before grilling so that they don’t stick. Turn steak kebabs occasionally to get even cooking on all sides. Once the center of the steak reaches 140-145F, remove from the grill.

I served the steak kebabs on top of rice, then served the tomato cucumber salad on the side.
