Ingredients
Peach Filling
- 10 small peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Make the peach filling. Add all ingredients for peach filling in 9×9 pan. Toss the ingredients to evenly combine. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients under batter, just until combined. Pour batter over peaches. Add reserved peaches on top of the batter.
4. Bake 38-42 minutes.
5. Serve peach cobbler warm with ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
