Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, add blackberries, sugar and lemon juice.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring frequently for 15 minutes, or until the mixture is thickened.
3. Spoon the mixture into clean jars or containers with lids. Seal with the lid, then allow to cool to room temperature. Once cool, place and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
